JobPurpose:
Tooperateaone-stop-servicesolutionforallstakeholdersoftheschool(parents,students,staffandvisitors)bykeepinguptodatewithalleventsandinformationregardingtheschoolanddirectinginquiries/requeststoappropriatechannels,torepresenttheschoolbypresentinganimageofprofessionalismandhigh-levelcustomerservice.
Duties:
-FamiliarizingselfwiththeFoundation’sP&Oandmodelingabehavior/characterthatisconsistentwithfoundation’sP&O;
-ProvidemaximumcustomerservicelevelwithintheboundariesofSchoolPolicies,CustomerServiceStandard,andStandardOperatingProcedures;
-ManagestudentfilesinanorderlyandsecurefashiontoensureeaseofaccessbystaffandCo-Principals;
-ProvidesecretarialsupporttoCo-Principalsand/oranyoneassignedbyCo-Principals;
-Providesecretarialsupporttoheadofschooloffice
-Providetranslationsupportfornewsletters,noticesandannouncements;Skills/qualifications:
-AtleastBachelor’sdegree,withdegreesinCommunication,HospitalityManagementandBusinessManagementhighlypreferred;
-Atleast5years'workingexperienceinGeneralAdminsetting,experienceinHospitality,CustomerServiceCentersandAfterSalesSupportinConsumerGoods/ServicesIndustrieshighlypreferred;2yearsofleadershiproleisaplus
-ExcellentcommandofspokenandwrittenEnglish;
-Strongcommunicationskillswithanabilitytoworkinacross-culturalsetting;
